We had a one night on arrival to Hanoi before departing to Halong Bay the next morning. The staff were very friendly even when we arrived quite late. The room was spacious and clean and offered excellent value for money. Breakfast selection was good.

Stay here Feb 2020 it was clean & tidy rooms were beautiful had safe in room coffee tea, and mini bar, staff and owner were a pleasure to deal with, they organised anything from tours " Harlong bay cruises, Sapa "etc or Airport transport. Close to the old Quarter of Hanoi. It was a pleasure staying there. Just Short walk to temple in Hoan Keim Lake. Safe place as police station is right next door. Hanoi i felt safe walking around at night, had great security around the lake at night. I would highly recommend staying at the King Ly hotel.

I celebrated my 26th birthday in Hanoi. My mom shared to the staff that it was my birthday and guess what? I was surprised with a birthday cake! The location was so good since it's very close to Hoàn Kiem Lake. The friendliness of the staff are beyond my expectations. Amenities are good as well. The dining hall may be a little small but it's not a big issues since there are only specific times when the area gets very crowded. Rooms are well maintained. I'll definitely book this hotel once again when I bring my other family members here because I want them to experience the Hospitality of the employees in this hotel. Congratulations for a job well done! See you again soon!

King ly hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay . The staff were really friendly and the lady doing breakfast lyne was so nice and friend . Kim, Sam, Mai, and lyne were very friendly and very nice . I had a problem with cleaners not supplying me with soap or towels . Spoke to Kim and it was sorted . Please kindly ensure that porters don’t handle the breakfast to customers as their hands are really dirty spoken to Mia about it . Overall an excellent lovely hotel with very nice friendly staff. Location right next to Sapa Express office and bus station , 5 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake and old town .. Friendly staff - clean room and bathroom .. Room on the 7th floor with street view and no noise at night ..Breakfast good but restaurant room.is small .. Free Coffee and tea at the reception . Good location, close to all if you visit Hanoi or have a bus with Sapa Express ...
